[0] He ends with besa, which confuses me because that's not a typcial Kansai-ben ending (ya) nor Kyoto-ben (yasu).
Rather it seems it's typical of Hokkaido dialect.

[1] Ending with things like "nora" is typical for Yanagi.
[2] It's probably closer to "It's hard to look at"
[3] Yeah...yeah...kaeru is either "to go home" or "to return"
